Customer Policy

1. Skin Reactions

Legacy Nails and Lashes is not responsible for skin reactions to any products or chemicals. If you know of any allergies, please notify staff before services or refrain from receiving services.

2. Medical Conditions

Customers with diabetes must inform staff to prevent cutting too close to cuticles, minimizing risks of bleeding or infection.

3. Exchange and Refund Policy

There will be no exchange or refund for services provided.

4. Closure Policy

For the safety of clients and staff, doors will be locked after 7:30 PM (closing time). This is not an act of imprisonment. Please arrive earlier if needed.

5. Cash Payment Policy

Use of counterfeit money will result in immediate legal action and police involvement.

6. Customer Payment Policy

Customers who refuse to pay will remain inside until enforcement resolves the issue.
(Note: This is not imprisonment, but a measure to ensure peaceful resolution of payment disputes.)
